At Codigofy, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality software development services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure fair treatment for all parties.

Deposit Refunds

For project-based work requiring an upfront deposit:

  • Before work begins: Full refund of deposit if cancelled before project kickoff.
  • During discovery phase: Partial refund minus hours already worked at our standard rate.
  • After development starts: No refund for completed work; unused deposit may be applied to future services.

Subscription/Retainer Services

For monthly retainer or dedicated team arrangements:

  • Services are billed monthly in advance.
  • Cancellation requires 30 days written notice.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial months.
  • Unused hours do not roll over unless otherwise agreed.

One-Time Services

For one-time services such as cloud audits or consulting engagements, refunds are available only if the service has not yet commenced. Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued, but we will work with you to address any concerns about the deliverables.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our deliverables, we will work with you to resolve issues at no additional cost within the scope of the original agreement. This includes bug fixes and revisions that align with the agreed-upon requirements.

  • Your project or invoice reference number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
