Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Codigofy, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Codigofy provides software development services including but not limited to MVP development, dedicated development teams, cloud infrastructure consulting, and technical consulting. The specific scope of work will be defined in a Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
• Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or Statement of Work.
• We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the agreement.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own all intellectual property rights to the custom code and deliverables created specifically for your project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

Confidentiality

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared with us during the course of our engagement. This includes business plans, technical specifications, and any other sensitive information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codigofy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
